  2. Use of the Site, Account, and Orders (a) By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

(b) To be eligible to purchase products on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit card.

(c) You can make purchases on the Site with or without an account.

(d) Please ensure that the personal information in your account is accurate and up-to-date. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (g) All purchases are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain stock, the Site will be updated regularly.

(i) We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery, including situations where there is a delay in dispatch, or if products become unavailable or an error occurs on our Site (e.g., incorrect pricing or product details).   1. Products (a) We aim to provide accurate product details, descriptions, and images. However, the colours and details may vary slightly due to individual device displays.

(b) All prices for products are listed in the currency shown on the Site. Any applicable taxes will be displayed separately.

(c) Products are intended for personal use only. You are prohibited from reselling any products purchased from the Site. We may cancel or adjust quantities of any order that violates these Terms.

(d) KWEAN&CO reserves the right to limit the sale of products to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Price and Payments (a) You agree to pay the full purchase price of each product, including applicable delivery charges, upfront as outlined in our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.

(b) Payments must not be made through fraudulent or unlawful means. If you use a debit or credit card, you warrant that you are authorized to do so.

(c) We accept various payment methods, including ShopPay (via Shopify), PayPal and Google Pay. You acknowledge that these payment methods are subject to their own terms and conditions.

(d) We do not store credit card information. All payment data is securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Shopify.

(e) For international orders, you may incur customs duties or taxes in addition to the purchase price.

(f) Promotional discount codes may be issued from time to time for specific products. Please apply the code at checkout to receive the discount.

  1. Limitations (a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Party will be liable for consequential loss, and liability will be reduced proportionally based on the other Party's actions.

(b) Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms will be limited to the total price you paid for the product(s).

  1. General (a) Disputes: Both Parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith. If unresolved, we will engage a mediator to assist in finding a solution. Costs of mediation will be shared equally between the Parties. Nothing in this clause will prevent either Party from seeking urgent relief through appropriate legal channels.

(b) Notices: All written notices must be sent to the provided details via standard mail or email. Notices are deemed served 48 hours after posting or upon email transmission.

(c) Force Majeure: Neither Party will be liable for delays or failures resulting from a Force Majeure Event. The affected Party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible and will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.

(d) Feedback and Complaints: We welcome your feedback. If you have any complaints, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

(e) Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

(f) Amendment: We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Please review the Terms before submitting your order to ensure you agree to the latest version.

(g) Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Perth, Western Australia, and both Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Perth courts.

(b) Force Majeure Event refers to any event beyond a Party’s reasonable control that prevents them from fulfilling their obligations.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions

Please note: Christmas shipping cut-off dates can be found HERE

At KWEAN&CO, delivery costs are calculated during checkout. Enjoy free delivery on orders over $110 AUD. For orders below $110 AUD, a delivery fee of $10 AUD applies.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days within Australia via AusPost.

Please keep in mind that express shipping refers to the transit time once your order has been dispatched. Standard processing times apply to all orders prior to dispatch.

Delivery:
Your order will be delivered to the address provided, according to the shipping option selected at checkout. Once an order is processed, changes to the delivery details may not be possible.

During peak times such as sales or holiday periods, please expect possible delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Liability for Delayed Delivery:
KWEAN&CO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers. If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us at admin@kweanco.com.au.

Delivery and Risk:
We may leave your package at your delivery address, and ownership of the products transfers to you once they have been delivered. Risk associated with the products also transfers to you upon delivery.

While we take great care in ensuring your order is delivered to the correct address, KWEAN&CO is not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect information provided at the time of checkout.

Dispatch Location:
All orders within Australia are dispatched from our location in Perth, Western Australia.

 

 

 

 


Return Policy

At KWEAN&CO, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have outlined the following returns policy to ensure clarity.

Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, all goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your purchase fails to meet acceptable quality standards or experiences a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. If you believe there has been a failure of a consumer guarantee, please return the unopened product(s) to our warehouse. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but if the return is valid under Australian Consumer Law, we will refund the cost of return shipping.

If your claim is accepted, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for the product price. For more information, please contact us at admin@kweanco.com.au.

Standard Returns Policy
Please note that this policy may vary during promotional periods.

At KWEAN&CO, we want you to love your perfume oil! To help you choose the right fragrance, we offer our signature 10ml roller bottle, a size perfect for portability and ease.

We do not offer samples with orders, as we believe each 10ml bottle allows you to experience the scent in full. Once you've received your order, you have the option to return the product for a refund or store credit, as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for our 10ml perfume oils if they are unused and unopened. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exclusions: Products that are used, opened, or damaged cannot be returned.
  • The cost of return shipping is non-refundable, and returns are at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we cannot refund shipping costs.
  • If a free gift was included in your order, it must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.

Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund or store credit and then reordering the new fragrance.

Store Credits
Store credits issued by KWEAN&CO do not expire and can be used until the entire balance is redeemed.

 

 

 


Order Policy

Allergic Reaction In the rare instance that you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately, take a photo of the reaction, and contact our support team. Make sure to read the full ingredient listing on each product page at the time of purchase.

When you receive your perfume oil, please refer to the ingredient listing on the packaging to ensure it is suitable for your skin.

(For allergy-related returns, the product must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund.)

Damaged or Faulty Items We aim for your KWEAN&CO product to arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at admin@kweanco.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Items reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please refrain from disposing of the item until we've had a chance to discuss the issue with you.

Pre-Order items will display an estimated delivery date on each product page. While we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that delivery times for pre-order items are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be dispatched first, and the pre-order items will be shipped separately once available.

Pre-order items are not eligible for any Gift with Purchase (GWP) promotions unless stated otherwise.

I Received the Wrong Item If you have received an incorrect item, please take a photo of the item and contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

I Ordered the Wrong Item If you have accidentally ordered the wrong perfume oil, please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund it. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to your consumer law rights.
